The leader of the church is a tall and slender man that does not look his age nor his strength. One might mistake his youthful appearance and bright smile for immaturity or his youthful looks for inexperience. However, the strong and lean man of the Holy Church is nothing short of experienced in the realms of mortality and spiritual.

His spirit alone outclasses the physical skills of any known on earth and his use of holy artifacts is something unseen since the fourth leader of the Church in its' official emergence though some place him as a figure of God's divine instrumentation on par with the prophets, the choosen of old.

PERSONALITY:

There are two words that define and shape the life of the church leader as both a man and a commanding officer of what may well be the most powerful force that the world will ever have exist without thier knowledge: The Holy Church of End.

These words guide his every decision and action while he seeks to lead humanity as a whole safely through the realm known as the mortal world. Regardless of your faith or belief he exudes with unnatural care and friendship with a desire for not only the saftey of your life but also the fullfillment of it. There is no man that truly undersantds Emmanuel and he claims to not know all the answers as he seeks to better the life of every, single person that his own will touch.

He is ruthlessly committed to his faith and belief in a way that would have him accused of not truly being a member of the Church if you were to meet him outside of his office as he usually chooses. Though it is in this manner that he truly proves himself to be a man of his faith that does not hide behind doctrine nor ceremony but instead chooses true life and practice. There are those in his order and those that follow him that do not uphold his values in the same way but he regards them with the same respect and reverance that he does with all people. Even though he may not see eye to eye with his followers nor with everyone he meets he regards them all with the same two words that define his life.

Emmanuel is kind to every man in every walk of life though he walks with passion in his only beliefs and zealously protects the human race one person at a time in all aspects to include physical and spiritual. He sees himself not as a purely tactical leader of his faith and human realm defenses but as a front line commander that specializes in the art of war. The war of the church is on two fronts as they seek to care for the physical needs of humanity as well as being the guardians of their spiritual wellbeing. Charged with their wellbeing this man knows both victory and defeat at the hands of many names though there are two names that all know him to mark the face of either meeting with.

HISTORY:


The twenty-seventh ordained leader of the Holy Church grew up on the poorest streets of germany as a devout and loving child despite those finer things that his life lacked. Wherein he never saw the embrace of riches and faced the cold winters with naught but what was left on the street as trash he found something among the rubble than so many would pass up without a second thought. Grace abounded in the life of a boy that held hope dear in his heart and found himself unable to hate a single person in his path.

As cold winds blew and bit his frosted back his heart warmed his body so that he returned the scorn and hard looks an orphan earned with a bright and unexplaind smile. It was in the snow that he found the holy word of God, the Bible, an old and tattered volume that had seen far better days. Adorned in black leather that was ready to peel away at a moment's notice though a curious, wooden cross over the front cover seemed to hold the entire thing from falling into ruin. His fingers played across this book as he recognized it from the speech of the rich and of those that passed by on their way in the early morning. It was said to be a book of wonderous truth, story and power that could change the world for the better for those that lived on God's earth.

Description:



A revolver that is singular in design to fit the hand of Emmanuel and its' name is reknowned among both the undead and the darker circles of the supernatural alike. Weighing in at fifty pounds, with a barrel length of two feet and a revolving chamber that holds ten shots this weapon is one that no normal human could hold without snapping their arm in half from the recoil.

With a maximum effective range of three thousand meters and with enough speed to match that of an A rank rating this weapon is considered highly dangerous and effective in the realm of violent exorcism. Though the range and speed of the weapon only make up half of its' reputation when compared to the hand crafted, alchemic rounds provided by the close ally of the Church.

The round fired from Angle Dust are considered the pinnacle of holy handgun firepower as even the casing radiate with divine power. All metals used in the process are highly compacted and condensed, forged to incredible strength due to the firing process of holy fire.

Casings:

• Forged from alchemic gold that has been purified through the trials of holy fire and donated from the pure hearts of those willing to give to the cause of God through charity.
  
  
• Inscribed with the word of God using not human hands but Alchemic means to create a beautiful, sweeping script in the latin language to depict the verse "Zechariah 13:9" on every casing to invoke the word of God.
  
  
• The primer is constructed from alchemically purified silver with the imprint of a cross where the firing pin strikes which starts an explosive firing process using compressed sulfur and hydrogen.
  

Rounds:

• Encased in blessed silver and forged though the trials of holy fire before being alchemically engraved with the three crosses of calvary around the length of the hollow jacket.
  
  
• Within the silver is a mixture of alchemically purified mercury, blessed water from the Jordan River and the tears of a newly converted, pure soul.
  
  
• Upon the base of each round is a very small film no larger than that of a pinhole that breaks and starts to leak the destructive fluid in the form of a vapor after a distance of one hundred meters has beenr eached. This will continue until the round impacts with a target or until the maximum effective range has been reached wherein the mixture will still be more than half full.
  
  
• Upon impact or reaching maximum effective range the round will violently explode with highclass anti-freak qualities.
  

Explosion and Capabilities:

• Able to pierce through multiple buildings, tanks and highclass armor meant to deflect slag based tank rounds. Without explosive qualities examined this round is able to pierce five hundred feet of solid, black granite without losing trajectory or speed.
  
  
• Explosive qualities are enough to completely destroy the torso of a freak target if struck at center mass, flinging the head and limbs in random directions with damage that may or may not consume them entirely based upon their level of durability with the holy explosion.
  
  
• These rounds are designed to shut down regenerative abilities up to the rank of A under normal circumstances and up to that of S in the case of monsters, demons and freaks.
  
  
• Explosion, piercing and damage qualities are considered A rank with heightened conceptual damage againt the aforementioned abominations. Though it should be noted that if used against good hearted individuals the holy properties of the weapon become usless resulting in a rank down to A- qualities. If used against beings of 'pure' evil the holy properties of the weapon become even more effective and reach the rank of A+.

Description: This discipline allows the Vatican user to manipulate pages of holy scripture and empower them, pull them into formations and even create complex objects out of them. These objects and constructs have the ability to mimic the mana power that has been put into them and even facilitate non-combat teleportation of the user if they wish.

Weapons can be created with power equal to that of the mana that they have been constructed of but due to being made of holy scripture they have increased effectiveness against unholy or evil beings equal to that of one rank. Life cannot be created in this way but the pages may be manipulated in such a way that nearly any formation can be accomplished.

The downside to this ability is that the user may not be attacking with other weaponry if they choose to use scripture as their defense. They must rely soley upon faith and lower all other physical weapons as they rely on any Bible or number of scriptures to provide a supernatural defense.

The level of power in which a Vatican member is able to use this ability increases with their stat once it has changed from chi to Vatican mana and can be learned at any time upon that conversion. Maximum level of power output without a specific ability or technique utilizing this discipline will cap at the rank of B unless you are part of the Church heirarchy.

Description: This discipline allows the Vatican user to invoke barriers around themselves or others based upon their ability to exhibit praise and worship. These holy barriers gain a rank's effectiveness in defending against yokai based attacks and gain a rank's weakness in defending against chi based abilities.

The power and size of these barriers increase with the Vatican mana stat of the user and range up to the level of B unless specific barrier techniques are constructed using this discipline. Bypass the aforementioned technique rule and scale up to the full rank of Vatican mana to judge the maximum potential of your defensive barriers if you are a member of the Church heirarchy.

Type: Healing
Description: This discipline allows the Vatican user to invoke healing upon individuals around them without regard to their race or creed. It is an ability that will require either folded hands or the placement of hands on their intended target as they call upon the name of God to enact healing upon an ally or enemy of their choosing.

Holy light will engulf the target as their wounds are mended with effectiveness based upon the Vatican mana stat of the user:

E: Scratches, shallow cuts.
D: Lacerations, heavy cuts.
C: Broken bones, internal bleeding.
B: Non-vital organs, smashed bones.
A: Regeneration of limbs and vital organs.
A+: Regenration of up to half a missing body.
S: Ressurection.
S+: Reconstruction from dust.


Name: Prayer: Rain Holy Fire

Type: Offense
Description: This prayer allows the Vatican user to call upon divine aide and cause fire to rain from the sky that can either come in a condensed burst of B ranked fire or a rain that continues for three posts wherein the fire is falls down in the immediate area with the power of a C- rank for three posts.

This Holy fire incurs a rank up against those that are evil or of a yokai using race and it travels at the speed equal to that of C rank.

Type: Defense
Description: This affinity grants a passive boost to Vatican or ex-Vatican members that have learned a common skill known as an 'affinity' while any race could truly learn to do and use it there is special merit in learning it from the Vatican. When in the presence of someone with this affinity, which is a result of special vatican training, any other 'Vatican Affinity' skill will be increased in effectiveness by one rank and this compounds with the amount of Vatican members with 'Vatican Affinity for Affinities' until any affected skill would reach the rank of 'A'.

This is considered one of the highest Vatican Affinities and cannot simply be learned by anyone.

Type: Defense
Description: This affinity grants a passive defensive aura that comes from the user's natural spiritual power while giving a trade off for a weakness. All Yokai based abilities that happen within a ten meter radius of the user to include passive abilities will be lowered in effectiveness by one rank. However, all Chi based abilities will be heightened by one rank under the same stipulations.

This is one of the highest Vatican Affinities and cannot be learned by anyone save the upper hierarchy of the Church.

Name: Vatican Affinity for Accuracy
Rank: D
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows a marksmen to be able to comprehend the speed of a person moving faster than themselves and be able to adjust in order to make shots. This skill allows the shooter to to comprehend and compensate for someone that is moving within the next rank of speed.

This does not increase the user's movement speed.


Name: Vatican Affinity for Firearms
Rank: D
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows the user to handle firearms comfortably as long as they can physically lift them and pull the trigger. All knockback or dangerous recoil from firearms that would normally be too large for humans to handle without injury will be negated without regard for the strength rating of the user.

This does not increase the user's strength.


Name: Vatican Affinity for Prayers
Rank: D
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows the user to join in prayer when any Vatican or ex-Vatican member is in the midst of a prayer. In joining with oneanother in prayer the power of the prayer in question grows in power exponentionally and gains one rank in power for each person praying.

This will require that the user put out the same amount of energy required for the original prayer but it does not require that they know the prayer in question.


Name: Vatican Affinity for Faith
Rank: D-S
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows the user to drastically increase the power of a holy artifact in their use. However, it will cause the user to incur self inflicted damage based upon the rank of the holy artifact in question. Rules:

1. Holy Artifact at rank C would be increased to rank B at the cost of inflicting rank C damage upon the user.

2. This damage can happen in one of two ways, the first being damage inflicted at the end of each post and the second being cumulative damage of all the posts wherein this affinity has been used inflicted upon deactivation of the Holy Artifact.


Name: Vatican Affinity for Courage
Rank: C
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows the user to drastically increase the power of their physical fighting ability by choosing either strength or speed each post. In the post that they choose their strength or their speed will increase by one rank but this ability cannot be used unless the character is currently enlisted in the ranks of the Vatican and it must be used against an evil character or one that the Vatican has deemed a target.


Name: Vatican Affinity for Survival
Rank: C
Type: Utility
Description: This affinity passively allows the user to drastically increase their power to survive a deadly attack by raising their stamina stat by one rank. However, this can only be once for every three rounds of posting but it can be used to stack up to three times upon each other before it is considered impossible to stack.

Once used this requires a seven post cool down before it can be utilized again.
